GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE (GTCS)
Article 1 – Seller Identification
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the “GTCS”) govern all sales concluded between:

(hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”)
and any natural person or legal entity placing an order (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).

Article 2 – Purpose
The purpose of these GTCS is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in connection with the sale of watches offered by the Seller.
Any order placed with the Seller implies the Customer’s full and unconditional acceptance of these GTCS.

Article 3 – Products
The products offered for sale are described as accurately as possible.
Photographs, illustrations, videos, 3D renderings and descriptions displayed on the website, social media platforms or any other commercial material are provided for informational purposes only and shall not be deemed contractually binding.
Minor variations in colour, texture, finish or overall appearance may exist between the visual representations displayed and the product actually delivered.

Article 4 – Prices
Prices are displayed in Swiss francs (CHF) and U.S. dollars (USD).
For orders delivered within Switzerland, all prices displayed on the Website, including the reservation deposit, are shown excluding taxes (VAT excluded). During checkout, once a Swiss delivery address is entered, all prices, including the reservation deposit, are displayed inclusive of all applicable taxes (VAT included) and include the applicable Swiss VAT.
For orders delivered outside Switzerland, all prices displayed on the Website, including the reservation deposit, are exclusive of taxes. Such sales are considered exports and are therefore not subject to Swiss VAT.
Any applicable VAT, import duties, customs clearance fees or other local taxes imposed by the destination country are not included in the purchase price and shall be paid directly by the Customer to the carrier upon delivery, or to the competent customs authorities where required by local regulations.
Products are invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is finally confirmed.
In the event of an obvious pricing, display, description or availability error, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund of any amounts already paid.
Article 5 – Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by the Seller.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- incomplete or inaccurate information;
- suspected fraud;
- failure of payment;
- exceptional unavailability of the product;
- circumstances beyond the Seller’s reasonable control.
The Seller may, at its sole discretion, offer Customers the possibility to reserve a Product before payment.
Where such a reservation is granted, the applicable payment deadline shall be specified in the reservation confirmation sent by the Seller. Failure to complete the payment within the specified period may result in the cancellation of the reservation.
An order shall become final only upon receipt of the deposit referred to in Article 6.

Article 6 – Payment
6.1 Payment Security
Payments are processed through secure payment service providers using security protocols that comply with industry standards.
The Seller never has access to the Customer’s complete banking or payment details.
6.2 Deposit
A deposit equal to 50% of the total order value is required to confirm the order.
Where the Customer chooses to pay the deposit by bank transfer, payment must be received within ten (10) calendar days from the date of the order confirmation. If the deposit is not received within this period, the Seller reserves the right to cancel the order without further notice.
Where the Customer chooses to pay the deposit by credit or debit card through the secure payment system available on the Website, the order is confirmed immediately upon successful payment.
In all cases, the sale shall be deemed confirmed only once the deposit has been successfully received and cleared by the Seller.
6.3 Payment of the Balance
The remaining balance of the purchase price must be paid in full as soon as the watch has been completed and the Customer has been notified that it is available for shipment or collection.
No shipment or delivery of the watch shall take place until full payment of all amounts due has been effectively received and cleared.
6.4 Failure to Pay the Balance
If the Customer fails to pay the outstanding balance within the time period specified by the Seller:
- the order may be cancelled;
- the Seller may retain all or part of the deposit to the extent necessary
- to cover the costs actually incurred;
- he product may be offered for sale to another purchaser
- Any retention of the deposit shall be applied in accordance with the mandatory provisions of Swiss law.

Article 7 – Delivery
7.1 Delivery Conditions
Delivery is provided free of charge to the Customer.
Products shall be shipped only after full payment has been received.
7.2 Delivery Timeframe
Products are shipped within a period of 3 months from receipt of the final payment.
This timeframe is provided for information purposes only and shall not be binding.
7.3 Shipping Method
Watches are shipped:
- through a reputable carrier;
- with a tracking number;
- with transport insurance;
- against signature upon delivery.
7.4 Transfer of Risk
Risk shall pass to the Customer upon delivery of the parcel against signature at the delivery address specified in the order.
7.5 Lost, Stolen or Damaged Parcels
The Customer is required to inspect the parcel upon receipt.
Any damage, loss or other irregularity must be reported to both the carrier and the Seller within a maximum period of forty-eight (48) hours from delivery.
The Seller shall cooperate with the carrier in handling any legitimate claim.

Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal
The Customer benefits from a right of withdrawal for a period of ten (10) calendar days from the date of order confirmation.
Any notice of withdrawal must be submitted in writing to customerservice@corum.ch.
Where the Customer exercises this right within the applicable period, the Seller may retain an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the total order value in order to cover administrative, banking and operational costs already incurred.
Any refund due shall be processed within a maximum period of thirty (30) days following acceptance of the withdrawal request.
The right of withdrawal may be excluded for customised products, made-to-order products, or products specially ordered for the Customer.

Article 9 – Refund Policy
Any refund shall be made using the same payment method originally used for the order, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
In the event of non-payment of the outstanding balance within the prescribed period, the treatment of the deposit shall be governed by
Article 6.4.
The Seller reserves the right to postpone any refund until the relevant matter has been fully reviewed and resolved.

Article 10 – Returns
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- defective product;
- product not conforming to the order.
Any return request must be submitted within seven (7) days of receipt of the product.
The product must be returned:
- complete;
- in its original packaging;
- together with all accessories and documents provided at the time of sale.
Where the defect is acknowledged by the Seller, the return shipping costs shall be borne by the Seller.

Article 11 – Warranty
The products benefit from the warranties provided under Swiss law.
The warranty does not cover,in particular:
- normal wear and tear;
- scratches or damage resulting from normal use;
- damage caused by impact or accidental dropping;
- repairs carried out by an unauthorised third party;
- use that does not comply with the manufacturer’s recommendations.
Any warranty claim must be submitted to the Seller as soon as reasonably possible after discovery of the defect.

Article 12 – Liability
The Seller’s liability shall be limited to direct damages resulting from wilful misconduct or gross negligence.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Seller shall not be liable for:
- indirect or consequential damages;
- financial losses;
- loss of business;
- loss of profits;
- delays attributable to third parties.

Article 13 – Force Majeure
The Seller shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations resulting from an event of force majeure.
Events of force majeure include, but are not limited to:
- natural disasters;
- fires;
- floods;
- pandemics;
- strikes;
- armed conflicts;
- shortages of raw materials;
- disruptions to transportation networks;
- governmental or administrative decisions.
The performance of the affected obligations shall be suspended for the duration of the force majeure event.

Article 14 – Data Protection
Personal data collected by the Seller shall be processed in accordance with applicable Swiss data protection laws and, where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Such data may be used for the following purposes:
- order management;
- invoicing;
- after-sales service;
- communication with the Customer;
- compliance with legal and regulatory obligations.
The Customer has the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data and, where provided by law, to object to the processing of such data.
Any request relating to personal data may be submitted to the Seller in writing.

Article 15 – Intellectual Property
All content, texts, photographs, logos, trademarks and graphic elements used by the Seller shall remain the exclusive property of the Seller or of their respective rights holders.
Any reproduction, distribution or unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.

Article 16 – Amendments to the GTCS
The Seller reserves the right to amend these GTCS at any time.
The version applicable to an order shall be the version in force at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 17 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These GTCS shall be governed exclusively by Swiss law.
The parties undertake to seek an amicable resolution of any dispute before initiating legal proceedings.
Failing an amicable settlement, the courts of the canton in which the Seller has its registered office shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory provisions of applicable law.
